She holds extensive experience in OD, change management, M&A, leading international HR teams and coaching executive leaders.
Neela has a BA(Hons) in Business Studies, Post Grad Level 7 qualifications in HR Management and the Psychology of OD & Change and is a Chartered Member of CIPD.
