David has over 20 years of experience in business and commercial strategy leadership. Previously he co-founded the M&A boutique ‘The Agile Gorilla LLP’ and has held senior roles in digital transformation for globally listed corporates across Europe, North America and South East Asia. His work in industry includes process engineering for British Steel, construction projects for Bechtel, M&A for Bayer, and integration of a US software business for the London Stock Exchange. He has a first-class MEng in Mechanical Engineering from UCL and has received multiple awards from the Royal Academy of Engineering.
